Maintaining transparency and confidence in the administration and the Board requires the accounting to be adequately performed, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principals. To accomplish this task, the following services are overseen by certified public accountants (CPA):

• Monthly reports detailing financial activity

• Annual financial statements for resident meetings

• Corporation Annual Report for the State Department of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico

 

 

Collections

We offer services for collection of maintenance fees, fees for mayor repairs, and renting common areas. Our collection initiatives maximize the funds available to the organization. Also, the relationship between Board members and residents will not deteriorate since the collection process is the hands of a third party. Our clients have available up to date information that includes:

• Monthly collection reports

• Bank deposits

• Resident statements mailed monthly

• Fees receivable aging report

• Certifications for sale of property

• Reports available via regular mail, email or Internet
