General Supervision

We will implement our Planning and Supervision program to safeguard the well being of the property. Our planning program includes the following initiatives:

• Annual inspection of the property's common areas and facilities. This service provides a general view of the state of the property.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment and common areas.

• Supervise the services rendered by contracted entities.

• Appropriate management over replacement reserves.

• Summon resident meetings requested by the Board of Directors and prepare materials for meeting.

• Prepare minutes for resident meetings.

 

 

Vendor Payments

• We establish systems for purchase management and contracting services, including proposal requests.

• Prepare payments accompanied by the corresponding invoices.

• We manage petty cash funds and prepare periodic repositions clearly evidenced by supporting documentation contained in a report.

 

Claims

We provide responsive and personalized attention to the Board of Directors and all residents. Our system allows us to quickly access information to address situations such as emergency repairs, resident's outstanding balance, and financial data for decision making.
